There is a lot to be said for the Princess Leia™ Helmet by LEGO: there are only a few rainbow-like colorful parts and hardly any stickers. It has a sleek look, and its Brown design is a welcome change compared to most other Star Wars helmets.

What catches the eye is how much larger the snout is compared to the original. Also, the brick system creates more texture in the lower area than we know from the movie.

The color choice is not entirely successful. Medium Nougat in the lower area looks good and fits well. I also like the Green on the forehead. The choice of Reddish Brown in the upper area is not good, though. Dark Brown would have made much more sense here.

There are some interesting building techniques in the set. The stand and the snout are held together with a Technic construction, which makes the whole building surprisingly stable.

The price, on the other hand, is not a thing to be cheerful about. Over 10 cents/piece is too much for a set without Minifigures . For the money, the Star Wars fan gets a nice decorative object, agreed, but the brick enthusiast gets not enough to build.
